Who can use Purchasing and what they can do. This list is separate from the Management and Maintenance systems.

What each role can do

Admin — everything, including adding and removing users.
Manager — raise, approve (including their own) and send POs of any value, manage suppliers and the catalogue, send POs, QuickBooks sync. Everything except users.
User — raise POs for approval and view all POs; edit only their own drafts.

Managers and Admins can approve and send their own POs straight away; every approval is recorded with who did it. Users' POs go to a Manager or Admin for approval.
